The Doubi Residence consists of 3 section,5 floors, 47 apartments, an underground parking. Also there is an outside parking with a barrier on the territory of the residence.
Each entrance hall of the Doubi Residence is finished according to European standards. You can enter the building using a key or an intercom. It allows to control an access into an entrance and to limit it for the third persons. A fire alarm system is installed in each entrance and each apartment.
In each entrance hall there are modern elevators of the latest generation of the German company Shindler.
The underground parking has a special store-room for large size things such as carriages and sport equipment. If necessary you can leave them here.
TV is an important part of our life, therefore the developer took care about foreign inhabitants. Each section has its satellite antenna on the roof which receives a large quantity of Czech and foreign channels including Russian.
